Organized by the Real Club Nautico de Palma, the Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofia took place in the Palma de Mallorca Bay, from March 22nd to 24th.

The sailor from the Clube Naval Cascais, Gustavo Lima, won in the Dragon Class, aboard the Australian boat "Doniger Developments Balearics" owned by Ben Kolff, with Martin Westerdahl.

In the 6MR class, Frederico Pinheiro de Melo, aboard the Swiss boat "Ginkgotoo" owned by Jan Eckert, finished in 2nd overall, while member Álvaro Marinho placed 3rd on "Momo," owned by Dieter Shoen.
