Certified by the General Direction of Natural Resources, Security and Maritime Services (DGRM), the School of Recreational Sailors (ENR) of the Clube Naval de Cascais is an academy to train recreational navigators, preparing them, in accordance with the Portuguese law in force (D/L 93/2018, of 13 November), for the command and driving of Recreational Vessels (ER).
