Organized by the Clube Naval Cascais, the V Winter Series for the SB20 and Finn classes took place between March 23rd and 24th.

In the SB20 class, with 14 entries, the winner was "Hellonext" from the Clube Naval Cascais, sailed by Nuno Cabral, Tiago Morais, Gonçalo Lopes and Mariana Freitas. "Bravo" from the Clube Naval Cascais, with Henrique Brites, Francisca Martins, Francisco Pinheiro de Melo and Rafael Rodrigues, secured the second position, while the "AP Hotels" team, sailed by José Paulo Ramada, Diogo Pereira, Luís Pinheiro and Miguel Leal Faria, from the Naval Club of Cascais, finished 3rd overall.

The Tony Castro Trophy for the winner of the 2023/24 Winter Series was awarded to "Bravo" from António Barros.

In the Finn class, with six entries, Fernando Bello emerged as the winner, followed by Nuno Espírito Santo and Jorge Pinheiro de Melo, all representing the Club Naval Cascais.
